MISSION STATEMENT
To help those struggling with low self-esteem due to weight issues.

Are you tired of defining yourself by the numbers on your weight scale? Do you feel weight stops you from living the life you have always wanted? If you answered "yes" to these questions then I am here to help you.

After completing her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Toronto in 1991, Cara began her journey down the road of medical aesthetics by graduating from the College of International Esthetics Cosmetology & Beauty program followed by certification as a Medical Esthetics Specialist at RMLC Laser College.

In 1994 Cara joined Focus Creative Consulting for Procter & Gamble. In her six years here she created sales and marketing campaigns for the brands Cover Girl, Max Factor, and Oil of Olay.

Her passion for medical aesthetics led Cara to take on North American management positions with Pure and Premier MedSpas. There she facilitated skincare and laser sales and practical training for a multitude of clinics across North America.

In 2006 Cara started her own medical aesthetic consulting and training business 'MedSpa Solutions', with a focus on weight loss and inner beauty. Since then she has received certification from Shaw College in both General Nutrition and Sports Nutrition, along with accreditation with the American Board of Hypnotherapists and also accreditation with the American Association of Neuro-Linguistic Practitioners as an NLP Coach. See the difference that 10 years made!

I was astonished when I found a picture of myself in 2003 and I looked so old. My skin had lots of sun damage, my face was full of lines from frowning and being facially expressive, and I had a lot of lost volume due to sleeping on my side and natural aging. In 2013 I took another picture after 7 years of using skincare with active ingredients, getting botox and filler treatments and having professional services done like microdermabrasion, peels, dermaroller, anti-aging IPL's, RF treatment and laser treatments.
Cara's many years of experience working with medical grade skincare lines, lasers, diet products and eating plans is what brought Cara to start this blog and help others look and feel their best without spending a fortune.
